ABOUT ME
Here's our blog-- http://samnhal.blogspot.com/
Hal and I are the young married couple. Hal volunteers at the village health clinic. Sam teaches English to Cambodian high school kids. Back in the US, we both loved going to the cinema. We mostly spent our time at work, studying at the University, or enjoying frozen yogurt.
PHILOSOPHY
Be kind, share your toys, let people's actions speak for their character. No hating allowed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We currently don't have a lot of space here in Cambodia. (that kinda sounded like the whole country, no, in the house we're staying in). We live with a host family. We've had friends over, but they usually end up sleeping on the floor. A mosquito net was provided though :) Would love to meet people passing through Northern Cambodia. Can give recommendations on where to stay/ what to eat.
When we get back to the US, we'll update our couch status. We'll probably moving to somewhere in the south of Salt Lake City, Utah. Come during the winter and enjoy amazing snowboarding (with Hal, Sam will be cozy'd up elsewhere with hot chocolate).
Interests
Eating delicious local food and chatting with new friends is the best part of our travels. For Sam: Yoga, Reading, Travel. For Hal: Snowboarding, Music, Eating. Love seeing historical buildings, relics, etc.
