About Me
CURRENT MISSION
enjoy, evolve.
ABOUT ME
Im moving to Wellington to study philosophy and anthropology. I see myself as the sporty philosopher. I have travelled a decent amount and the last 7 month trip really strengthened my passion for questioning the ingredients of life. I dont want to give it all away. Ill leave it at that for now. I want to meet new people in Wellington outside the university who are travel minded.
PHILOSOPHY
Ask me. I try not to be dogmatic about my philosophy. My actions reflect my desires. I will try anything to understand it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have couchsurfed in Berlin and see its value, it was incredible. Once I have my own place in Wellington I want to start hosting.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Once in Berlin, I ended up staying for 3 weeks and then my host ended up coming with me to Turkey for 2 weeks. We became great friends. Im sure this is not the norm but it sold me on couch surfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Its going to be a huge list but off the top of my head: Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Before sunrise/sunset, Old school, black books, Flight of the conords, monty python, fight club, The lion king, vicky christina barcelona.
Electro dub and thrash/heavy metal with lots of guitar works well for me. Tool, Pink floyd, metallica, Damian marley, mars volta, jimmy hendrix, Nine inch nails, Johnny cash, flight of the concords
Walden pond, Snow in summer, Fire in the belly, anything by Joseph Campbell. Interesting palatable books on philosophy, religion and new ideas.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Deep water solo climbing in Thailand, Surfing at mystics the south coast of NSW Australia, Hiking through the Congo to see a silverback mountain gorilla, white water rafting on the Nile in Uganda, homemade bungee jump off hanging rock in the Blue mountains, I think the biggest experience for me was the first time I stayed at a meditation centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
