My name is Sammy McKay, and I'm a Soccer coach, Marriage Officiant, Gardener, Mushroom grower, Writer, etc. I am basically a freelancer. I spend most of my free time hanging out with people, playing games, board games, dungeons and dragons, playing soccer etc. I love reading books as well. I am a huge fan of philosophy and religion, and any deep conversation. My wife and I are vegan, because we want to care for life as much as we can. I am all about new experiences, and challenging myself.

My name is Chloe McKay, I work remotely doing administrative work for an exchange student program. I am passionate about traveling and having new experiences. I love to read, craft, cook, hike and get to know new friends. I believe in showing love and generosity to everyone and some of the ways that I enjoy doing that is through cooking meals for others and lending a listening ear.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are always seeking to be integrated with the community wherever we go, joining group activities, and volunteering, because we genuinely love exploring new cultures and meeting new people. We want to truly feel a part of our surroundings rather than visitors, which is why Couchsurfing is perfect. We are also members of Trusted House Sitters, and love both of these platforms. We are always excited to see new cultures, discover different ways of life, and to learn from the people we stay with. We want to see the world! And we want to do it with people who are open and welcoming as much as we can. Couchsurfing is the best way for us to make new friends while doing what we love.
