About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finish my Degree!

ABOUT ME

Out-going, eccentric, loud, ditzy (very much so), passionate.
Love to travel and hate being in the one place for too long.
Studying to be a teacher and have a passion for education.
I'm currently on exchange in Canada and loving it.

PHILOSOPHY

To live life in order to learn. Close minded people will be the demise of our world, and something like couch surfing is going that step further to preventing it (YAY)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Will be couchsurfing while in Canada and then hosting people when I get back home.

Interests

Travel, baking/ cooking, reading, teaching, talking (is that even an interest or something I just do a lot of?)

  • books
  • education

Music, Movies, and Books

Will read just about anything, am a compulsive reader, anything from stop signs, books even to information on cosmetics packets... I will read it. I love movies that make a difference, or try to reveal a hidden truth, but I am also a sucker for a chick flick. Nothing like a happy ending to put you in a good mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's the little things really, like witnessing the first experience of snow with a 2 and 6 year old.
Climbing to the top of Notre Dame in France.
Watching the sunrise or set anywhere in the world.
My first american style football game with people from Bishop's University.
Getting up at 4am and sitting on icy grass to watch a meteor shower.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to bake and will happily share my skills and massive collection of recipes. I have a pretty cool card trick that I can teach, I think its amazing and am more than willing to share my knowledge.

I want to learn about as many different cultures as possible, not what they teach you in a book but really from people so hopefully when I start teaching I can teach my students the skills of understanding and compassion.

Bahamas, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State
