Hi, i'm Sammy and I get to live in the beautiful part of London called Southwark. I love hosting friends, as well as friends of friends, and friends of friends of friends, etc. I am living in London since 2012.
I grew up travelling and living in many countries, thus London is a great place for multicultural food, languages and film.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've travelled around the world and always stayed with friends - the blessing of growing up internationally. I love hosting my friends when they pass through the places I live in - and living in London I've had the privilege of having many friends come through. Although I'm busy with work and life in general, there's always time to host people.

I'm interested in hosting people with special stories and hearing them. Life is a big story and it's amazing to be living now.

Interests

I read the news every day and listen to international digital radio, especially programmes about anything to do with the world outside of Europe where I happen to live right now. Especially Asia and Africa have many exciting things happening right now.

I love world cinema - particularly Iranian, Middle Eastern and Indian films - a few Korean films too. I love traditional music from different cultures - particularly the ancient musical traditions of the Middle East.

I love cooking, and I am happy to prepare something from my mental recipe book - something you may not have tried before. I especially have a passion for South-Asian food and drink.
