About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel as much as possible and gain interesting experiences to reminisce on when I'm 102 years old.
ABOUT ME
My name is Sammy. I'm originally from San Francisco with Salvadoran roots. I currently live in Madrid teaching kids how to say "stop" rather than "estop."
I am indeed gay, but that's not all I am. Like, I'm a good cook, I'm a DILIGENT cleaner, I'm just a tad bit EXAAAAAAGGERATED, I'm a DIEHARD Golden Girls fan, I'm an avid traveller, I'm a fan of sex talks, I'm a shower singer...fuck me, I may be just gay ;)
PHILOSOPHY
TRY not to waste time on mean people, TRY to be optimistic, TRY not to have too much time "to kill," TRY not to rely on excuses, and drink coffee and/or tea every day (don't try, DO).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm currently accepting guests at my apartment in Madrid!
I also try to do small favors for couchsurfers in my area or meet up with couchsurfers who don't need a host.
I'm currently on Couchsurfing because I'm interested in its faults (very optimistic of me, I know!). I hope to conduct graduate-school research on how this seemingly "open" community may be exclusive. How are we excluding some potential couchsurfers? LET'S TALK!
Interests
Other than traveling, I love love LOVE to dance (VAMOS A BAILAR!!!!!!!!).
I also like to practice my novice photography skills.
HONESTLY (as in, NO, I'm not kissing ass here) I just love talking to people and hearing what makes them THEM. It's rather warming and uplifting to hear people's stories.
