I'm an ex-Royal Navy Officer and now work in sales, as well as part time as a CrossFit coach, sports masseur and personal trainer. I love to travel and see the world, and will be taking off on an adventure in October 2018 starting in Thailand! Lots of experiences to be had and nowhere near enough time...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people and see interesting places! To allow people to use my house as a base if they want to see my area... And hopefully so others can allow me to join them to do the same with theirs!

Because I like to travel on a budget, travel immersively and meet new people - a hotel isn't worth the money to isolate yourself, when the point of travelling is to meet new people.... And share new experiences.

Interests

Very into contact and team sports - have always loved rugby, and played at a decent level, as well as a stint in American Football and now developing a love for Crossfit too. Occasionally pure cardio, but not often! I love to travel, see the world and explore cultures in more depth than the touristy. Wish I had had more of a chance to so far but there is plenty of time!

Motorbiked from London to Barcelona... Avoiding all motorways and toll roads. Winding through the Pyrenees was a magical experience.
