DIY traveller from Finland. I love nature, and usually I select my travel destinations according to that. I like camping, walking, climbing... and talking. Meeting local people and getting into a culture is one of the greatest things in the world.

I want to travel, but I don't want to pay the industry for that. My way is always the budget way. I've seen some of the "normal" beach hotel destinations, but that was in 90's...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to find alternative ways to travel, and I want to meet locals, when travelling. I don't feel comfortable in bulk hotel rooms and I like to rather cater myself the way I usually do at home.
