Overview
About Me
I'm always just trying to spread a little magic.
I like to go to alternative parties, go to art events and brain events, museums, gaming conferences, and almost any talk that combines technology, and the brain, and every talk that combines art, technology, and the brain.
When I travel (which I try to do as much as possible) I don't understand the desire to go to most tourist and sightseeing places. I do love food, good food, I'll brave the crowds for good food.
I've worked in many fields (I loved them all), but at the moment I'm focusing on a new project, designed at bringing a sense of wonder into the world. We can never have enough wonder.
I'm increasingly interested in exploring more of America and figuring out how to get into more caves.
I'm a bit impulsive when it comes to life decisions like moving to Brazil last minute, but when I try to think things through it never works out.
I laugh when I fall. I can't spell.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The people, obviously. I joined the first time around because I accidentally found myself at a couch surfing party when I was in college and I got curious, everyone was SO nice. Since then I've hosted a bunch of people and surfed, mostly in Brazil. 3 of my friends and I surfed from Manaus to Bahia.

I read a lot of fantasy-esque stuff, things can feel like fantasy without actually being fantasy. I read religion, philosophy, medical books, and alternative education books too.
