ABOUT ME

I am 34 years old, massage therapist by trade, writer by the grace of god. I love people who are spontaneous, pleasant, intuitive, meditative. Personally I enjoy Cookies, Drawing, Push-ups, Laughing, Surprising myself.

PHILOSOPHY

Do whatever it is that you do - read, write, organize, volunteer - all the time. Meaning if you are tired, drink that coffee. Work with kindness, and an open heart. Apply generously and often.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a great sweat lodge in Big Sur this fall . . . still vibrating from it. I worked in their Farm and Garden for one month, and I want to do that again sometime soon.
