About Me

I'm new here!

Recently left a job in advertising after eight years & am following momentum, for now. Wherever it takes me! First stop, Pacific Northwest. Then, Thailand!

I'm laid back & easy-going. I'm an extroverted introvert.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never done official "Couchsurfing" but have always found that staying with friends or friend of friends is a much more personal & rewarding experience.

I know from friends that Couchsurfing is an incredible community of warm & welcoming & interesting people – which is the type of energy I'm looking for these days.

I'm also super low maintenance & flexible & feel that's the way it's gotta be with Couchsurfing.

Once I return back to NYC, I will be looking to host in order to repay the favor to the CS community.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a little all over the place with music. Some of my favorites are Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar, Chance The Rapper, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Sia, Tei Shi, & Purity Ring. I vibe with a lot of electronic music as well.

Movies, ah, I don't know. My favorite movie of all time is Space Jam. I haven't seen a lot of the classics. I know, I'm a loser.

I don't read a ton, unfortunately. Something I'm looking to change.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling to Morocco last year was such an incredible experience. Africa is unlike anywhere I've ever been, & I am looking for more of those opportunities – to immerse myself in cultures different than mine. I'm planning a trip to Southeast Asia in the fall.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Conversation & laughter. Stories & experiences. A beer, or five. I'm also a good listener. I can cook & clean & lift heavy things. Unfortunately not super handy. But thrilled to help in any way I can.
