ABOUT ME

I am an open-minded person who worked in media for a long time before I grew tired of the repetitive routine and started traveling around the world. Now I live alone in Changsha. I enjoy hosting friends from different countries, exchanging thoughts about the world and life. I also love discussing topics like travel, cultural differences, politics, economy, history, and philosophy—I’ve always been curious about the diversity of our world.

I’m easy to get along with. When you come to my home, I hope you can feel as relaxed as if you were in your own place. As a typical Chinese person, I also like to take care of my guests and make them feel welcome.

My English is fine for everyday conversation, though I may lack some advanced vocabulary for deeper topics. So when we chat, please speak a bit slowly and use simpler words if possible. If I’m free, I’d be happy to show you around Changsha and try some local food together.

I hope you’re polite, easygoing, and open to cultural differences—someone who respects others and appreciates kindness with kindness in return. I don’t get along well with self-centered or selfish people, because in Chinese culture, care and respect are always mutual.
