I'm a full time student, currently enrolled at Middle Tennessee State. I grew up in Greenville, SC which is like a mini-city, but right now I live about 10 minutes from the backwoods. I love hiking and nature, and my favorite part of road trips is actually driving on scenic beautiful roads. I went to a summer camp for two weeks every summer from 4th to 10th grade. I'm also very into sports. It's about the little stuff in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was little my dad worked for a company that traveled him a lot so subsequently I got to travel a lot. Up until I was about 7, then my dad left that job. I've been wanting to travel since. Now that I'm old enough to start doing it on my own I'm going to. Once I get an apartment I plan to start hosting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite band at the moment is probably Imagine Dragons. I'm more into Indy music but will listen to just about anything except heavy metal music or country. I'll listen to country if someone else puts it on though. Some good movies I like; The Dark Knight, Fight Club, Arrival, Interstellar, Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. I recently read the Anatomy of Story which is a non-fiction but I found it really interesting, but Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings are good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't done it yet but this summer I'm going on a 21 day road trip by myself and I'm documenting the whole thing. I'm starting in Tennessee going to Nebraska to Colorado. Then when I get to California I'm gonna come back east along the Mexico border, through Arizona, Texas, and Florida before going back to Tennessee to start the school year.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I always make my bed and do the dishes. I also know how to swing dance and would be happy to teach and dance with anyone. I also have a niche but good (I hope) taste in music and I want to hear other people's favorite music too.
