Overview
About Me
I'm a twenty-four year old recent college graduate working as a junior scientist in cancer research at the University of Minnesota. I grew up in Tanzania as a young kid and have lived in several places in the US. I love traveling and exploring the outdoors, and actually spent last summer working at a remote field station in the Alaskan Arctic assisting with climate change research. I love going new places and meeting new people, and trying the local beer:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had my first experience with couchsurfing last summer in Fairbanks, AK after meeting up with some German friends of mine who were staying at a Couchsurfer's home. It was a great experience, and I made friends with everyone I stayed with. I knew I definitely would love to use the site again in the future as it is a great and inexpensive way to explore new places and meet new people.
