Overview
About Me
French engineering student just left Atlanta as I wrapped up my master's in mechanical engineering. After spending 5 weeks working on a farm in Alaska and 2 weeks roadtripping the West of the US:
Next up? A massive trip across Asia. The plan - if you can call it that - is to go from Singapore to Paris, through central Asia, by train and a bit of hitchhiking where necessary. I'm all about figuring it out as I go, nothing really planned.
I love climbing, hiking, and just about any outdoor fun. I'm always up for something new, even in the most precarious condition!😉 The more time I spend outdoor the happier I am.
I love off the beaten path destinations, connecting with locals and discovering their history and lifestyles. I'm also a big history/geography nerd and I'm interested in all you can imagine of, I love learning new stuff about anything!
Partying is definitely on the agenda too when the time comes!
Travel has been a big part of my life, starting with quick city trips and van adventures across Western Europe with my family. Lately, I've gotten into train travel, which is a bit of a puzzle here in the US compared to my train hops around Europe. My latest adventure took me through the Balkans - Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Albania. I've even managed a grand train tour this winter, across 24 states in the US in 3 weeks!
I’m a foreign currency collector, if you have some spare change from your country I’d be happy to exchange it for dollars!
Please read the "My Home" section before requesting any stay.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing to discover places through the eyes of those who live there and meeting people. It is truly the best way to discover new places!
I am open to hosting but I am unfortunately on a very tight schedule with classes and all the time I spend out. But ask I'll do my best to make it work! The nights when you have the best chances to get accepted are Wednesdays and Thursdays.
