Ive recently enjoyed reading about Buddhism as well. Books by Jack Kornfield, Joseph Goldstein, Sayadaw U Tejaniya, Thich Nhat Hanh.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did an 18 day silent meditation retreat.. It wouldn't exactly make for an action novel but it was a pretty amazing experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

So thankful for anything and everything you have to offer and happy to help out around the house with whatever needs doing. No aversion whatsoever to dishes and more than happy to buy you a beer!
