Outside of working a pretty standard 9-5 gig, I tend to spend my time walking or cycling around, drinking coffee, reading, listening to music & dancing. I have an interest in meditation and energy work, I’m currently doing a Qigong course.

I recently got my housemates Mubi subscription and loving a bit of indi cinema - up for watching just about anything!!

Music flows from ambient to upbeat. I love local radio, my favourite station is rtr fm 92.1 streamed from Perth, such a good community. Just saw a great ambient gig w Ana Roxana and Midori Takada in Melbourne.

I’m currently reading a book called Listen to Your Body: The Wisdom of the Dao - provides a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective on how one can be more in touch with their body and what it is telling us.

Swimming for Refugees - a program in my home city (Perth) which teaches people of refugee background to swim.
