About Me

I'm a backpacker who likes to get lost around the world and create awesome things. I support myself by making web -sites/-apps, and my passion is digital, interactive art about subjects I'm interested in. These include ( but aren't limited to) archaeology, ancient history/myths, social anthropology, art, good books, environmentalism, nerdy/techy stuff - anything that shows us a bit of the world we might not usually see.

But mostly, I'm a pretty silly/non-serious person, and enjoy just running around and having a good time. Other hobbies include swimming, playing guitar, adventuring/exploring nature, dancing horribly and hitch-hiking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people who share some of my interests! Or don't, but are fun and silly. Also, I hate hotels - all I need is a mat to sleep on and a bucket of cold water for showers, not all that faaaancy stuff
