About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To expand my worldview and cultivate a deeper understanding of humanity on every level.

ABOUT ME

Hey there! I was raised in the California Foothills, and discovered my passion for travel at a young age. I took off for Europe solo at 19, and the rest is history... San Francisco has been home for the past 4 years, but I'm getting restless again, so... time for another adventure! I quit my job, and am taking the summer to explore a little more of the US, and then push on to Europe and (perhaps!) North Africa.

I'm a tidy, respectful, outgoing, and unabashedly friendly guy; life's too short to be any other way! I enjoy connecting with people from all over the globe to share stories, experiences, excellent food, and good company.

PHILOSOPHY

Why does everyone take life so seriously? It's not like any of us are getting out alive.

The world Is a book, and if you do not travel you read only one page.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Living in San Francisco has made it impossible to host; I've been sharing a bedroom for the same price as my parents mortgage.. Someday soon though I hope to welcome fellow surfers into my own home, wherever I end up settling :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used couchsurfing back in 2012 while in Europe, have to say it was a fantastic experience... I feel like I'm just getting started :)

Interests

Travel, above all else. Meeting people who challenge my worldview, and help me see things from new perspectives.
