Overview
About Me
I'm from Brindisi but I moved to Bari to study Language Translation and Interpreting. I chose Russian and Arabic, plus Polish from the next year. The latter is one of the effects caused by my EVS in Poznan, where I spent 10 wonderful months and met some of the peopleI consider as my best friends :)
I sometimes watch TV series as Peaky Blinders, Black Mirror and How I met your mother. I also like watching movies, especially during winter times. I can't really tell you my favourites cause I haven't watched that many... so it's definitely a field I have to work on :)
I like sports: I've been a soccer goalkeeper for almost 10 years, and I like playing basketball too (I actually like playing any sport when my sport mode's on). Big Fan of New Basket Brindisi, my city's basketball team.
I love music: it's such a crucial part of my life. My tastes stretch from chill rap to hard rock, from electronic to metal: I can definitely affirm I listen to quite everything, but generally it depends on my current mood. I also play the guitar a little bit, which is really useful for blowing off some steam, give oppurtunity to my feelings to get freed and use my creativity. Always open to any musical suggeston and proposition :)
I like travelling to discover new places, but also to the ones I have good memories of: Poznan, Riga, Vilnius, Krakow are just some of those. I like getting lost into the cities, staying in hostels rather than hotels and trying good new food.
I like cooking too, although I've such limited skills. I still can't make good pizza but I'm working on it!
On the otherhand I can make some drinks (which I loooove). Beer and wine are more than welcome too :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In addition to saving money, which helped me in many of my trips, I think it is a eccellent way to connect people. I like discovering new stories, new music, new dishes, new ideas, and the people are the best way to do so.

Music, Movies, and Books
As I said, I listen to many things, even a lot different from each other. I'd feel mentioning Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Chris Cornell, Somali Yacht Club, Stoned Jesus, Loyle Carner, Marc Rebillet, and many many singles :)
Movies: ehm...
Books: I really enjoyed the Kite Runner and other smaller ones. Mr Gwyn by Alessandro Baricco definitely left a trail inside me too.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiking around Poland with my friend (even in some really lost places).
Creating some hand made t-shirts by using stencils and textile paints :D
Collecting on my room shelves several cigarette packs from all around the world (this is the thing of the three I'm the most proud of ahah)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share and teach you the incredible power of communicating without speaking but using only italian gestures 🤣
Teaching you how to make a stencil and decorating your own T-shirt 🙂
