About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am currently in the Peace Corps, so obviously my mission is to save the World.
PHILOSOPHY
When you lose everything important to you, you are still a human being with dignity and value. Hopfully you treated your friends and family well when your life was prosporous.
Also, Im trying not to let my youth be wasted while im young. I think my grandpa would be proud.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I surfed my way around South America, I also surfed in NZ to start my CS career. In the UP of Michigan I was lucky enough to help host a couole international travelers. I never have lived in areas where couch surfers visit so this was an exceptionally happy time. Ive loved nearly every experience with CS and hope to continue.
Currently I have a ball'n mud hut in rural Zambia open to anyone who can manage to travel to it.
May of 2015 I will be traveling solo and looking for friends and hosts: Zanzibar, Dar es Salaam, Egypt, Turkey, Iran, and for the first time in my short little life NYC. Hope to see you along the way!

Music, Movies, and Books
To many books to list, and Im always looking for more.
Im not emberassed to say I like country music (New and old) among other more hip things like kid rock and matchbox 20.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Attended a traditional funeral in Zambia. Sleeping outside by fires with all my fellow villagers and family. Church choirs singing throughout the night. Many beautiful sights and interactions, still my favorite cultural experience here in Zambia.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Depending on the season, I will gather some insects (such as flying termites or giant crickets) that can be enjoyed fresh or fried depending on the critter and your preference. A great protein supplement to accompany any fresh salad.
