I love travel, excitement, discussion, exploring new places, and meeting new people! I like to think I'm I'm in the midst of the longest and grandest backpacking trip of my life, and am always looking to make the most of it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've yet to have many formal Couchsurfing experiences. So far, I've just stayed with friends, or friends of friends but they have always recommended this site to me. I have always enjoyed meeting a local, getting their knowledge, and making a better connection with just one person.

Interests

The great outdoors! There's so many outdoor activities I've never tried, but I'm keen to give them all a chance. That being said, I like giving anything a try and my interests and hobbies range from skiing to video games, reading to bungee jumping. I like a little bit of everything for different reasons. Variety is the spice of life!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all of the above, particularly reading! My tastes are a bit eclectic, so I won't bother listing them all here. More than anything, I love discovering or being told about cool, new stuff, and in turn recommending things for other people to enjoy! So, if you know of something that I might like, please tell me! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completing the Camino de Santiago (Portuguese), climbing the highest mountain in North Africa and hiking through the Picos de Europa. These are three moments that stand to mind as I wrote that sentence, but there are so many that have come to me as I finish this paragraph!
