About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world and meet the people who make it more than just geography.
ABOUT ME
I do not accept couch requests for St. Patrick's Day, sorry for you guys who want to surf here during that/this time!
I'm very easygoing and love to do the most random trips/things possible. I'm pretty funny and I'm always up for going out and having fun! I like to keep active by either doing sports or just going out. I'm extremely into travelling, outdoor adventure, camping, hiking and kayaking. I also love to read and write.
My favourite thing above all though is getting to meet new and interesting people and finding out about all the different and exciting things out there in the world to be done and enjoyed in the company of the people I meet.
Anybody staying with me would only have to be aware that its a family home with my two brothers and my parents and that the usual things that go with staying in family homes apply, though in general we are pretty easygoing.
PHILOSOPHY
The best way to get to know a place is to get to know the people and the best way to get to know the people is to meet up with and spend some good times with as many of them as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I have only hosted but hope to surf soon.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We have had plenty of Couchsurfers over in the house back when my sister still lived here and have always had great fun and no problems. The same has held true with every person I have hosted! I have yet to surf but I can't wait.
Interests
My big interests are travel and writing, though I also do a lot of sports and voluntary/charity work. I like anything that broadens your horizons and gives a new understanding of everything around you.

Music, Movies, and Books
That is more of an in person conversation! Also my music taste changes more often than the weather.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The single most amazing thing I have done was a charity trip to India for ten weeks. The sheer love and appreciation of the children and people I worked with over there for what little I could do literally bowled me over.
Teach, Learn, Share
There is not a whole lot I can teach people except for some Irish history, mythology and things like that, however I love to share those things with new people! Also if anyone is ever up for it i can teach them a few words of Irish (Gaelic). I mean unless you have the gear and we have the time to go camping or some such!
I love to learn from every type of person and love to learn about any type of thing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you a few Irish and some Indian recipes! Other than that maybe a few jokes and stories I've picked up on the way!
