I am so thrilled to be spending most the summer in Santa Cruz this year! I plan on taking as many week long immersion trainings at the Santa Cruz Qi center as I can. A place to lay my head at night, study a bit in the evening, and contribute however ya need as much as possible is all I'll need during the middle two weeks of June, July, and August.

I look forward to learning all about you and figuring out something beneficial for everyone as often as I'm around in Santa Cruz!!!

Dog sitting on an island off the coast of Belize was an incredible experience! I rode a motorcycle from Belmopan down the Hummingbird Highway to Placencia last year, took a sixteen day cruise though the Panama Canal shortly after...watching the sunset on this drive west has been pretty amazing right now!

Qi gong is what I enjoy most. Breath work, warm ups, stretches, flowing movements, postures, meditations, diet, nutrition, massage, herbs. I'm passionate about so much and love learning about anything that inspires anyone! If there's a fire in your eye when you get going on a topic you love to share I couldn't be more happy to hear all about it!

Everything I have and anything they need! Wine, good conversation, a warm smile or a biiig hug! I'm pretty handy too, I don't take up much space and consume very little. I'm invited back to most places I go and I attribute that to my endless desire to give more than I receive everywhere I go. I'm looking for a community I can learn and grow with while contributing as much as possible in exchange for a place to sleep and study.
