About Me

Sana Shaikh | Traveller — Mountaineer —Media Marketer

When we say Life is like a roller coaster. It has its ups and downs. But it’s your choice to scream or enjoy the ride.” we rightly say it. Because my life have not less than a roller-coaster ride. It always been a journey from emotional experience to mental strength.

My name is Sana shaikh. I'm Originally from Sukkur, Sindh Pakistan, but mostly live in Hyderabad and Karachi. I was born and raised like any other ordinary Pakistani girl of a conservative middle-class family. From a very young age, I always in searched of something new, creative and unique. That's why I always challenged my strength and weakness in every aspects of life whether it's about changing professions from engineering to business and  business to media marketing. or whether it's about changing jobs from a banker to a teacher and from an Rj host to a  business development manager.

Well every traveller has their own story of life. Some people travel because they want to find themselves. Some travel because of their exhausting daily routines. Some travel because they want to run away from their problems of life. Some travel because their heart is broken, and they think that, nature will heal their pain. And then some people comes like me. They travel because it gives them the true happiness of life. I travel because it makes me happy within.

I started traveling in 2014 when I was just a lost soul, in search of something in life. When I have no idea what will I do with my profession? So after facing a hardest and worstest year in depression, Luckily I realize on that one trip, that travelling is something that's make me keep alive and from day there was no turning back in my life. I Completed my masters in media and communication studies, and got so many projects before my finals.

So from that day media marketing and production became my profession and travelling became my passion. Because of my job scenario I worked with so many ad agencies, NGOs and organizations where I got the chance to explore the interior sides of sindh (khairpur, mirpur khas, sadiqabad, panoaqil, ranipur, hala, sehwan, bitshah, tharparkar etc) and punjab and covered so many rural areas too. As a insane and passionate traveller, I explored almost all the sides of Northern Pakistan including Azad Kashmir, Swat, kalam, Naran, kaghan, Shogran, Siripaye, Sharan, kiwai, paras, Hunza, skardu, Gilgit, Kumrat, abbotabad, mansehra and so many more. In future I have plans to explore chitral in detail too.

After travelling from so many years. And after spending years in cities and mountains. I have realized that how difficult for a women to go out and travel alonea and to faced every problem on your own. Whether the problem about convincing your family or whether it's about financial independence. Only you could took a charge of your dream on your own. So here my aim is to motivate and inspire girls around the world to travel and make your dreams of travelling comes true.

Someone once said" Life is like a train, people around you unboard as their station arrives and new people board the train called life to provide you company. This continues till the time you reach your station" so before my station arrives, and i step down from the train, I want to make this train ride full of joy, happiness, and fantasies of life. Just want to travel, travel and travel." ❤️
