I like meeting new people and enjoying the stories that human lives are filled with. I have had some great luck to meet wonderful people on the couchsurfing journey, and I wish to continue doing so. I live together with my husband who is of German origin and is a lawyer. I am from India and spend my days as an academic/ activist. While we love meeting and hosting and being hosted from people from different backgrounds, we lean towards people of color, refugees and immigrants, women, queer and anyone who comes from a non-priveleged background. If you are a hipster who is coming to crash at our place after your techno parties in Berlin - please please and please do not write to me. Not that techno parties aren't great but your only 'enjoying life as it comes without having a clue of what is happening beyond' annoys and irritates us.
