ABOUT ME

I'm graduating, finally, in nonprofit management. Right now I'm finishing up an internship at the United Way here, which I've really enjoyed. I'm looking forward to getting paid (sooner or later,) but since I haven't for this long, I guess it's not the biggest deal to go a little while longer without the paycheck :)

I figure if I can't find a job due to the economy, I may as well travel and see some things I've been waiting to experience.

PHILOSOPHY

I've spent the last 21 years collecting a lot of things I don't need and could definitely stand to lose. I'm in the process of downsizing my life, throwing out useless stuff, and trying to simplify my life all around. I'd like to think that this will have some effect on my inner tranquility or whatever, so wish me luck :)

All time favorites include Roger Zelazny's Chronicles of Amber and Greg Bear's Songs of Earth and Power. There are countless others (I know, because I just went through all of my books...) so I won't waste your time reading here with those. We'll save them for reciprocal conversation :)
