As a guest would want to see a place not as a Tourist but as a local, like I am a part of the city. To understand how the life of the host is different from mine. Would want to do elaborate walking tours, with my diary, camera and conversations with the host.

And as host I would want to give the above experience to my guest, just accompanied with a homemade steaming cup of tea.
