ABOUT ME

Always in a good mood, looking for discovery and ready for an adventure. Really worried about the future of the Humanity, but I still believe... (be positive is one of my characteristics). I care about people's physical & mental health, I think that it is needed as contribution to a more sane society. I became P.E. Teacher and I used to work as a swim coach, teacher and personal trainer. Now I´m beggining a new phase of my formation, I would like to deepen my knowledge in political science and international relations... let´s see where it will take me! :)

I love to practice sports. I love look at the stars. I love to close my eyes, breath deeply and hear the sound of silence. I love play with kids. And, of course, I love traveling... so, always I can I go travel and expand my horizon, know places, meet people, feel the energy, the colours, the smells, the sounds of cultures and nature spread on our amazing planet Earth.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My thoughts often dive into finding ways to keep believing that mankind may be saved from itself. Trying to find reasons and paths that show me that we should keep faith in humanity.
The answer that often comes to me is: Love

But what is love? ... How to love?

Erich Fromm, in the "art of love" has a beautiful and conscious definition of it. Let´s try to work it out:

Love "is not a sentiment which can be easily indulged in by anyone." It is only through developing one's total personality to the capacity of loving with true humility, courage, faith and discipline that one attains the capacity to experience real love.

Love is action. The active character of true love involves the basic elements of care, responsibility, respect, and knowledge. It demands focus and dedication in being productive and awake in life.

Love is an art. We must have discipline and patience to learn how to do it. We must be concentrate and have a supreme concern about achieving and mastering it. But more than all, we need to PRACTICE IT.

Love isn't about finding an object of love, it's about a state of mind that we must constantly work on the inner self within us, which fulfill our lives and reaches everything and everyone around us.

I consider it embraces all we need to work to achieve a better society, to make our lives more meaningful and enjoyable and to finally get to develop a human civilization.

"That through the expansion of our consciousness we get to reach, in our deep self, the greatest expression of love, inspiring and impelling us to a fraternal union, respect and loyalty to each other;"

"That transcending ourselves, with wisdom, we get to feel the humanity that exists inside of each one of us;"

"That we get to encourage everyone around us to arouse their human qualities, talents and skills, avoiding prejudice, feelings or actions that limit our perception of reality and ruins a honest relationship with our fellow humans/creatures;"

"That from an enlighted manifestation of the true, rise up the “togetherness of Humanity”, where our individuality becomes active and participative, in a state of responsible freedom and without selfish interests;"

"That, with love and humility, we get to serve with dignity and live with happiness."
