I'm Sander, living in Munich and grew up in the Netherlands.

During the week I'm researching muscle biology and in the weekends I like to go to the Alps and spend time with friends.

I have a passion for learning new things. I tried a lot of different sports and am currently practising Brazilian jiu jitsu and gymnastics. I like cooking, but never cook the same meal twice.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

3 months of Freediving on Koh Tao, Thailand. I dived to 38 meters on a single breath and could hold my breath for 6:45 minutes
