Music, Movies, and Books

I’m a huge Good Omens fan, and fan of Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. Also fond of poetry (David Whyte, Mary Oliver, John O’Donohue.) I mostly read British comedic fantasy, urban fantasy, and the occasional epic. (Rivers of London, Lord of the Rings.) And I’m widespread with non-fiction - I read whatever finds its way to me, and seems to have some wisdom for me at the time.

Just moved from the US with my two cats and we’re currently traveling across Europe!

Founded a Circling (interpersonal meditation) community in Seattle, US.

Have created and ran three successful businesses.

Many travel and life experiences and stories, practices to help you build or deepen connections with people and deepen your relationships, introductions to Circling, a relational meditation / interpersonal meditation practice I lead. Connections and introductions to different communities in the UK around connection, movement, Embodiment, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Quintessential Scottish humor. :) The potential for cuddles from my cats (solely at their discretion, of course.)
