I have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and am a marketer by ❤️. I was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia. I love traveling, meeting new people, dancing, and learning about other cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think everyone should have the opportunity to travel around, and if they are on a low budget, that shouldn’t be a problem. Amazingly, people open their houses to welcome strangers that might become friends.

Also, based on my experiences with my expat friends when visiting or living in my city (while working or studying at the university), I would like to be that local friend who lets you know about fun things to do and interesting facts not only about Barranquilla but also around.

Not to brag here, but I’ve also had the opportunity to live abroad in Asia and Europe, and of course, just like you, I have experienced what it's like to be an expat, the challenges, the many cultural shocks, and of course, how easy it is to get lost in translation.

I will do my best for you to discover, understand and have a nice visit or stay in Barranquilla.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Salsa, Merengue, Champeta are my fave type of music (I am not a huge fan of Bachata oops), i also like Caribbean music. Im also a big Coldplay fan and my home girl Shakira.

I am open to hear other type of music from different countries, I do like some Indian songs, Mexican songs, Brazilian songs, French songs.. etc

I love going to the movies.

I can teach you how to dance salsa, merengue, Champeta and some Caribbean rythms haha
