Overview
About Me
Soo, how do I convince you that I am a decent human being worth sleeping on your couch.. First of all, what are the qualities of a perfect couchsurfer? non-snoring, clean, easy to talk to, low maintenance .. yup, that's me.
Besides of that, I consider myself as a not too bad conversation partner. I am well travelled, interested in politics, sociology and worldly matters in general and on my good days I am even a good story teller.
I am 23 years old, majoring in Social Work and work in different refugee projects. I have a passion for Yoga (and everything that comes with it), good food, and loooong long walks..
Not convinced yet? well..
I got once slapped by a fin of a whale shark.
(I exchange good stories for a couch spot)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Let me put it another way..
why wasn't I on Couchsurfing all my life?
Couchsuurfing allowed me to have wonderful unforgettable and sometimes rather strange experiences. Throughout my travels I couchsurfed a lot (which you can't see on my profile because we mostly used my friends account) but I wouldn't want to miss any of these experiences. I am not so much interested in doing touristy stuff rather I love the opportunity to meet totally strangers and get to know a tiny bit of their world.
Interests
What can I say.. I am on of those girls.. I do love Yoga. There is no such thing as too much yoga. And I love baking. More importantly for you, Dear Reader, I love sharing what I bake (but only if it meets my standards.. if not.. well, then I am the only one who is allowed to bear to eat it ;))
Also I am a passionate about scuba diving, inline skating and dancing wildly around my apartment.
One of my nerdy hobbies is to actually study. I get excited about learning new things.
Since you read until here, I feel comfortable to admit that I also enjoy reading these self empowering wall paper sayings... helps me keep my focus.. naaah, actually it's an okay guilty pleasure I guess.
