About Me
I'm Sandra, 26 years old and in September i'm beginning my masters in Law at the University of Leiden. I also live in the centre of Leiden, a beautiful small city in the Netherland where reaching pretty much any place takes a 5 minute walk.
My favorite things to do are: sports and working out, reading the newspaper while drinking coffee, drinking coffee, drinking wine, drinking pretty much anything, eating cheese, being busy and basically just doing a lot of stuff because I don't like being lazy. I would really like to expand my photography hobby a bit more and learn more about this, definitely on holidays.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My flatmate Ieke Noyon has been coachsurfing in Georgia before, and had a very good experience. Hearing her stories made me excited as well. Like a month ago we also had a couchsurfer in our house, a guy from Russia. It was a really fun experience, I liked hanging out with someone from a different country and different culture. So now i'm going to Macedonia and Albania for the holidays, and would love to have some good couchsurfing experiences by myself.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: 80's, 90's, anything you can dance on and classical (Tchaikovsky, Debussy, Chopin, Saint Saëns, Einaudi)
Films: it's to hard to choose, but Orange Osage County is the first thing coming up in my mind
Books: Always starting a book, rarely finish it. Unfortunately. Recently finished Er is wieder da. Fun book! And I really liked Madame Bovary.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Being to southern Africa, namely South-Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. That trip was amazing. But also the holiday to Tanzania. Legendary. I basically just love Africa.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Looking for a place to sleep and hang out with the host. But if this last thing isn't possible, no problem, i'll hang out by myself.
