Hi! We are Sandra and Daniel. We are a couple in our early 30s originally from small towns in the Mediterranean coast of Spain.

We are both trained and experienced Elementary teachers. After working in Spain for a couple of years we decided to get rid of our daily routines and cross the Atlantic Ocean to teach in Mansfield, a small city in the heart of Ohio, USA.

After 4 years of personal and professional growth, we moved to a totally different place, Bangkok, Thailand. There we worked for two years in an International School sharing our knowledge and experience with students and fellow teachers from all around the globe.

We are very tidy and organized (you have to be when living in a 30m2 thai apartment!). We have lived in several houses and we have always taken well care of them as if we were the owners. Actually, our own house has been rented since we started this travelling adventure ;)

We are pet-friendly and non-smokers :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After 6 years of living abroad we have decided to take a sabbatical year to travel at our own pace and rhythm, trying to live as much as possible as a local. We think coachsurfing is the best way to blend in!
