ABOUT ME
I was working in web-marketing for few years in Paris and in Toulouse but I recently changed of life. I left my job last November to work full time in chocolate. I am now a chocolate sommelier. I organise chocolate tasting and chocolate tours in Paris and Toulouse. Oh I should say " I used to organise " cause it is time for a new adventure and a new challenge. I will start on the 21th of June in Turkey were I will meet Robin my musician boyfriend. Our plan : hitch-hiking to Australia making money with our passion!! Don't know how long it will take but I hope I will share ma chocolate passion with the people we will and many many m other things !
PHILOSOPHY
Do what what you love and always smile !
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I started couch surfing for real not so long ago in Romania for 2 weeks and half. To be hosted by locals peoples is so good!!! I really wonder why I didn't do it before. May be I was scared a little to be honest. But all the good time I had with our hosts make me feel it is the best way to travel and to discover a different culture. When you spend time with your host, you get to know them for real and you understand more about their way of life. It is a real exchange.
Interests
Of course I love travelling cause you can meet people, learn a lot and it is always full of surprises. I love to discover things true others. I love food, wine and chocolate. Food is a good way to share a culture. My favourite occupation in Toulouse where I live now is hiking in Pyrénées. I also love music art and dance and I guess I will learn a lot during my trip

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Working in a wine bar in Tokyo without speaking a word of Japanese.
The culture is so different and people so nice even if you don't always speak the same language. I will go back to Japan for sure
Teach, Learn, Share
French language, French cooking class (I am the queen of the quiche in France and I can make a different one for each day of the week !)
And of course, I can tell you a lot about chocolate. If you are interested in, I can make a private chocolate tasting or a wine and chocolate tasting, if you like wine ;) I can teach you about cacao history and I can explain the process of making cacao.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Denmark, Ireland, Japan, Morocco, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
France
