I like making the most of every day, I'm energetic and I like occupying my time with different activities and people, although I also appreciate silence and tranquility when necessary. I would describe myself as a multifaceted person.I love waking up early to do yoga but I also l like going out and enjoying nightlife.

I have one amazing couch surfing experience from Hungary. I was very positively surprised. I am pleased this is just the beginning

Intereses

My main interest are yoga, singing, playing the ukelele, horseriding, cook veggie food,nutrition,hiking, talking and sharing ideas about most things, travelling, living abroad and meeting people from different cultures. I have just started growing vegetables which is amazing :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

Two of the most amazing things I have seen in my life are the magical sunsets on the Ganges River in Varanasi, and the Iguazu Waterfalls in Argentenia and Brazil. Teaching Tibetan monks in India.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach Ashtanga yoga. At the moment I´m into Raw Food, and my plan is to organise workshops further ahead.I never go to bed without having learnt something new during the day.
