ABOUT ME

I am an open-minded, spontaneous, funny, sportive person who loves travelling :-) Getting to know different people, countries and cultures was always my passion.
When I was 19, I left my parents, my friends and my home-town and went off to Australia! This was my first big trip to another continent. Coming back to Germany after one year I realized that I wanted to leave again ;-) ..so I applied at an international Physical Therapy Study in Amsterdam and got accepted. In Amsterdam I lived some wicked 3 study-years with a lot of international contacts. Since then I have worked for 6 month in Austria, went back to the Netherlands, realized that the country is too flat to live in forever ;-) ...and went on to Switzerland where I am enjoying life at the moment with my little family (my son Josha is 2 years and my boyfriend Richard 37 years young ).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I live in a beautiful house at the Zurich lake in Erlenbach. Here we offer a couch with beautiful view in our living room.
If there comes a time that I need a couch, I would love to sleep on yours ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I already got to know couchsurfing during my travels in Australia. Because I mostly had the luck to be offered a sleeping place withthout even being a member of couchsurfing, I was too lazy to get a profile ;)
The experiences I made were really positive. During my time in Amsterdam I was also able to offer a couch to people who I just met randomly. When I moved to Switzerland my housemates at my first shared-house finally inspired me to use my couch-profile more active! So far I only had good experiences. In winter 2016/2017 we surfed for the first time as a family. It was such a great time that we definitely want to do it again.

...all kind of sports (yoga, hiking, horseriding, dancing, climbing, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, diving, slackline).. being interested in doesn´t mean that I am good in, but I try :-)
...the nature (beach, mountains, forest..) I love to be in the nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: The Power of now, Eckhart Tolle - inspired me to live conciously in the moment. Most books from Sophie Kinsella, especially since I have a child there are easy to read and make you laugh.

Music: To dance I like electronic music. Further there are a lot of music-styles I like: Singer-songwriter, Indie, Rock, World-music, etc.
