About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to meet people, see places, exprience everthing and be a better person for it.

ABOUT ME

I'm a person that loves to travel, I love music, films, discovering new things, meeting new people. I love a good conversation, good food, I'm vegan. I like to think I am an open-minded person, I think I have a great sense of humor, I certainly love to laugh. What else... oh I'm very friendly, and i love to learn.

PHILOSOPHY

I heard a quote from somewhere, can't remember where now, it was a question really, and it touched me so completely, it goes "If you were to meet yourself as a stranger, would you want to be friends with yourself?"

Know yourself; I think there is nothing more vital than to be sure of who you are and be unapologetic about it. Everything in my opinion builds from that, improving yourself, discovering sides of yourself, through music, adventure, your work, your friends etc... Being unapologetic you're unafraid to try new things, to be courageous enough to be wrong, fail and maybe learn from that, maybe not.

Check and question yourself often, question everything, the saying "do unto to others what you want done to you" comes to mind. But also I think no one is perfect we are all human and in a sense the fact that we aren't perfect make us "perfect". I think constantly reaching to be the best version of ourselves brings us pretty close to perfection, or your version of it anyways. Looking at the way we treated the guy we unapologetically stepped on the way to xyz, the way you handled yourself in a confrontation. Did you even see the homeless guy in the street? Was I rude to a friend? A stranger? Did I take the time to help the drunk guy or just judge him and snicker with my friends? Improving yourself is important I think, because everything we do does not only affect us but the people we interact with no matter how briefly. And it can only begin with knowing who you are. Or at the very least who you want to be.

Books: The Bronze Horseman by Paulina Simons, The Perfume Collector by Kathleen Tessaro, Flowers in the Attic by V.S Andrews...
Films: Walk the line, Casablanca, Gigi, Roman holiday, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Birds, Rear window, Midnight Express
Music: , Jazz, Classic rock, blues, musicals, classical music, soundtracks, instrumentals, live music, some pop usually not later that 1980s.
Television: The Newsroom, Californication, Bron/Broen The Bridge...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the moment I can't think of any, I'm wondering if that means I haven't seen or done anything worthwhile cause wouldn't I remember it? Either that or I'm taking something for granted, I wonder what's worse. When I do remember some I'll put them here.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm interested in learning to bike like a pro, how to play the piano, speak any other language than the one i know how (English)... I'm willing to learn as much as I can.
As for what I'm willing to teach, all that I know, I offer.
