Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live a life that my future generations will want to live up to.
ABOUT ME
I love to travel but as a student it can be really expensive. I'm so lucky to have a very large family in the UK that will put me up any time I want to come visit.
I caught the travel bug at a relatively young age and I can't get enough of it, really. I haven't been to a lot of places due to lack of funds, and going to school for what seems like forever. But hopefully, that will soon change and I'll be able to see all the beautiful countries this world has to offer!
PHILOSOPHY
Take care of yourself and help the ones you love the best you can.
Life can be pretty cruel sometimes so surround yourself with people who will bring you joy.
You're never too old to start a new chapter of your life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Haven't had one yet... Soon though, hopefully!
Interests
I love soccer (football). I'm probably the only girl in America who is as passionate about the game as any other thing in my life. I hope to make it part of my career in the future.
I love the ocean. Growing up in the middle of Texas, I didn't get too many opportunities to go to nice beaches growing up, but I've always had a fondness for the ocean. I wanted to be a Marine Biologist growing up.
I'm currently learning to cook. I enjoy it a lot more than I thought I would. I'm kind of a picky eater, but I think traveling and learning about different tastes will help broaden my cooking skills.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like to read but being in school pretty much hampers any recreational reading, so when I get the chance, it's usually something similar to what you'd read on an airplane. But I love it.
Fav movies: Love Actually, Labyrinth, Shaun of the Dead, Pride and Prejudice, Garden State... more
Fav Bands: Kaiser Chiefs, Vampire Weekend, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, The Kooks, Imogen Heap
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So many amazing things... That's too generic but I can hardly narrow it down. I've been pretty lucky in this skin.
Teach, Learn, Share
Hopefully I can teach people that you don't have to wear a cowboy hat to be from Texas. And that not all of us are the same...
I'd love to learn anything I can. A person can never be too culturally enriched! You can learn as much from someone who lives in Berlin and you can from someone two streets away!
I hope to share a love of community. A love of being around other people who are stimulating and loving.
