About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Meeting new people and making friends
ABOUT ME
" If you don't like something change it. If you can't change it, change yourself" Maya Angelou
PHILOSOPHY
All roads travelled teach us something. I have found Buddhism to be truly inspiring and empowering.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've been a member of CS for a few years but was living too off the beaten track to get hosting requests! I love traveling and CS seems a great way to meet new people without going anywhere!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my first two surfing experiences in May last year and was taken aback by my hosts' generosity and willingness to let me hang out with either their friends or family. I hosted travelers when I lived in Ecuador before CS existed and get a real thrill out of meeting people and hearing their stories. Couchsurfers are my community.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a particular penchant for foreign films (esp. Latin American cinema and any Shah Rukh Khan films ) and enjoy drama, mysteries and romance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swinging in a hammock, travelling down river from Manaus, on a banana boat.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to watch people cook and do magic tricks (though not necessarily at the same time). I enjoy listening to folk reminisce and hearing esoteric and otherworldly tales. I make a mean expresso and believe that we are one with nature and the universe
