About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make the most of NOW:D

ABOUT ME

Well, I'm a typical thinker. Always analyzing, observing, figuring stuff out. When I have to describe myself, all these questions pop up in my head. How do I want to show myself to the world? What's worth knowing about me?

Because of this serious side of me, I like to go out, party and go crazy sometimes. I really enjoy performing on stage with my dance crew and entertaining children on their holidays (during the summer, I also work at a camping ground). This gives me so much energy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me Couchsurfing is about expansion. Meeting new people of all cultures, learning about them, connecting with them and having fun together. That's what life's about if you ask me :)

I've had my first Couchsurfing experience in Barcelona with a friend. It was grrreat! So I decided to surf some more on my own and went to Oslo. Also an awesome experience! Last summer I introduced my brother to Couchsurfing in France and recently I went to Norway by myself! (Crazy in love with Norway)
I've never hosted myself (yet) but I was lucky enough to be a co-host in Amsterdam a few times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh my. In 2012 I visited a dog shelter owned by a Dutch man in La Línea de la Concepción (in the south of Spain, near Gibraltar). Amazing isn't the right word to describe this experience. It was just crazy to see so many dogs in one shelter and to hear all the stories about how they ended up there. Most of them dumped in a bin, beaten up and left for dead or just starved. I didn't know there was still so much animal cruelty in Europe.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll teach you about the Dutch language and culture.
I'd love to learn to speak Spanish.
Let's share the lessons we learnt in life.
