ABOUT ME
I'm a student from Helsinki. My love for art lead me to study art history. Being fascinated by film I have worked as a volunteer at many Finnish film festivals. I've travelled mostly in Europe, but had a wonderful possibility to get to know Damascus, Amman and Byblos. I've lived my entire life here in Helsinki and I love this peaceful, small but still big, city with its beautiful art nouveau architecture. I'm very interested in recycling, flea markets and second hand.
PHILOSOPHY
The only way to accomplish something is to try something new, rather say yes than no. Be kind to yourself and others, accept yourself and them as they are, it is the only way to become happy.

Music, Movies, and Books
My love for film classics is endless, studying film history has introduced me to fascinating silent films such as Metropolis and Battleship Potemkin. My favourite Woody Allen film would probably be Vicky Christina Barcelona and I really loved von Trier's Melancholia. I love listening to Baroque music, Bach is my absolute favourite. I would love to read more fiction, but I just haven't had the time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing experiences in my life link to film - volunteering at and visiting different festivals. Visiting Berlinale this year was wonderful, listening to people like Jane Campion or Isabella Rossellini, sitting at a world premier or visiting a party of Serbian film makers. During the festival Berlin is a good place to bump into Finnish film makers, the man who offered me and my friend a taxi, we realized after some time, was the Finnish film director Aku Louhimies.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can give you practical advice in oil painting, know something about film history, history of architecture and history of art. I'd love to learn more about cameras and their functions, learning about photography would be wonderful!
