About Me

CURRENT MISSION

dance with life, discover human souls, make a soundtrack of the world :)

ABOUT ME

Well, that's not the easy part ! I'm a doctor-to-be, I'm doing my last year of internship in La Réunion, it's a French island near Madagascar.
I love travelling, I spent my third year in Dublin thanks to Erasmus, and I did a placement in Ghana and Vietnam. Later, when I grow up (well, as a doctor) I would like to work with doctors without borders, travel the world, meet new souls, share with people, so that I can learn more about humanity, and... about me...

PHILOSOPHY

"Life is like of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get". Well, I love chocolates, and surprises !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at 4 CS places while I was doing a placement in Berlin, Germany, and it's been a fantastic time !
I met a wonderful CS person in New Zealand, and he made me want to host people again.
I hosted two CS friends and I can't wait to have a flat wide enough to have a special CS room to host people !
At the moment i cannot host people because I don't have my own place.

Interests

Again, that's too hard to describe... Everything really, when someone tells me about something, I am usualy interested. When I'm not studying, I like reading, playing the accordion (but I play poorly^^) watching sentimental moovies (I know... no comments).
I jungle and can unicycle. I would love to meet people playing in a circus... (still a dream).
As a sport I used to do triathlon, now I hike, climb sometimes, swim sometimes but I spent much less time doing sport just for sport.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books :
- The book thief, a wonderful story of life and friendship and accordeon.
- His Dark Material (pullman) : since I read it when I was 9.
- and then : Paul Auster, Nancy Huston, John Steinbeck, Robin Hobb, Raymond Feist, Alice Ferney, JRR Tolkien, Siri Husdvedt, William Styron and so many others...

Films :
- Tim Burton's, Xavier Dolan's, Miyasaki's, films about WW2, emigration, wars, genocides, love, romance, fiction, even action... I'm not very critical and I rarely hate a movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'll tell you when I see you, for what I will find amazing can simply be a smile from you or an unknown person at the right moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will learn anything someone wants to teach me.
And everyone has something to teach me, whether he/she knows it or not.

What I do like to share is music. I'm a very poor listener, I'm still discovering songs that are famous nowadays. I need people to have me listen to their music. Often I will enjoy it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A smile, a hug, a cup of tea, a bed, a shower, a walk, a talk, a nice evening, a bit of my daily life, a crappy accordion play, some books...
Why don't you make your choices, or simply tell me what you'd like ?
