Overview
About Me
Hey there! I'm a French Literature and Philosophy student. It's my last semester before I graduate. At the moment, I am participating in a study abroad program at UC Berkeley, but I am originally from the University of Geneva.
I have a wide range of passions that includes what I am studying (philosophy and literature), magic, chess, poetry. My all time passion is martial arts, which I've been training on since I'm young. Before I came to Berkeley, I was training MMA, but here I am focusing on boxing as the US have good clubs and also cause I wanted to diversify.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because it is the way people should travel!
What I mean is that travelling is about exploring and adventures, not about staying in impersonal hotels; it's about meeting people that are from the places and learning from them what they have to teach you.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like all kind of music, really, but what I listened most is hip-hop.
Super-hero movies are my jam, but I wouldn't say that my favorite movie is one of them. Sin City is a great movie.
Some of the books that marked me are: Macbeth, First Casualties, Dead Poet Society, Les Fleurs du Mal, La Ronde et autres nouvelles, Le Travailleur de la Mer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
What I am currently doing, which is studying abroad at Berkeley.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teaching is what I'd like to do as a job, so these three words mean a lot to me. (First, we have to learn some things to share and teach them afterwards).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my opitmism, and any other things of my personality from a good sense of humor (sometimes), a motivation to achieve new challenges, a desire to learn new languages and culture and many other things.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Poland, Spain, Tunisia, United Kingdom
Countries I’ve Lived In
