That's me. Hello I'm Sandro Rayhansyah. I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia.

My life mission is to challenge anyone who is hungry to achieve the impossible in life and career/business.

I work with director of a non profit organisation who leads over hundreds of people; head of Marketing in a conglomerate company; a young professional who holds a managerial position in one of the biggest FMCG brand in the world; & social entrepreneur who helps farmers in remote area in Indonesia.

Usually, people come to me like a light on the dim setting. They leave with their light 100 times brighter.

To make it even cooler, I call myself, Personal Development & Leadership Coach. I specialize in coaching millennials.

Yes, I have a career/business that doesn't make sense, I know that, lol.

I do this business by myself, I work from home. I live in a small apartment in Jakarta with my Mom.

Here are some few trivias about me -which I hope tells you about who I am and my values and see whether we can connect!
1. I do my business by myself, I work from home, in a small apartment, I live with my Mom. I re-decorated my room to be my own small & productive office. I have been sleeping in my living room ever since.
2. I am a hardcore gamer. I play console video games since I was 5 years old. I just love the concept of leveling-up and creating a story. That pretty much influences me a lot as a person, to love challenges, aim for growth and live my life on my own terms.
3. I am a firm believer of rock music. Imagine Jack Black in School of Rock movie? My belief about rock n’ roll is similar like him. I think we all need to challenge the status quo and be against the man. Being a coach actually is my distant plan B, my plan A has always been a rockstar.
4. I have travelled to over 18 countries, not because I am rich. All for free because I was invited to facilitate/coach over thousands of young people around leadership & personal growth topics for the past 4 years.
5. I always start my day with a short meditation & visualization of me living my dream in my mind.
6. I graduated from the best faculty of economics in Indonesia, but I never had professional work related with my study. I worked at non-profit which concerns about leadership development; then training company to a small startup, before I finally started my own business related to professional coaching & training in early 2015.
7. I hate small chit-chats, I like deep conversations. That’s why I don’t go to party so much. I don’t drink too.
8. I am an introvert who loves to observe, listen and ask questions more than to talk or speak. Very fortunate that now I have a business where I get paid by listening & asking questions to people!
9. I am big fan of Japanese pop culture, call it Japanese rock music, super hero, anime and stuffs.
10. I subscribe to many techblogs, I love everything about technology. I follow news around what happens in Silicon Valley!

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

The idea is travel with locals and make friends while travelling is very compelling. I believe in the end, it is not the monuments/places that you will miss, but the experiences/conversations with people whenever you travel.

And from my own experience, every time I traveled, I always had great friends who accompanied & guided me. And I want to give back.
