Fun and crazy, but also serious. Depends on the mood. Get along great with everyone I meet. Enjoy trying most anything and seeing new places and people. Love my family and am a new grandma. Very proud of my kids.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to CS but have heard so many good things about it. I am going to be in Europe for my first time this summer and my adult son, with whom I am travelling, recommended that we do this. He has met many great people and loved it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hosted in France by two different CS hosts and they were truly amazing people...I love this site.

Interests

My grandson, computers, graphic design, drawing, singing, working outside (if the weather is nice). I also sang for the Calgary Opera for 7 seasons and love participating in music and theatre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have done many amaing things in my life. I moved from Central Florida to Saskatchewan to keep bees in 1981 and been in Canada ever since. One of my most treasured trips has been a one week cruise to Juno Alaska with my best friend Peggy.

Have been through most of the States. Really enjoyed going down the West Coast through Washington and Oregon. Wisconsin Dells were spectacular (saw them when I was 18). I love the ocean and could walk the beach for hours, listening to the waves and looking for washed up treasures.

I will be travelling through France, Ireland and England in July with my 26 year old son and am so looking forward to this. He has travelled extensively around the world.
