I live in Düsseldorf with my husband Moe. We have been married for 7 years and been living in Germany for 5 years. We love to travel and see new places. We love trying new food and new culture. I am American and he is Syrian. I have done some pretty amazing things and experienced many corners of the world. But, there is always room for more. I have a small number of really close friends and I wouldn't trade them for the world. They inspire me to be who I am and who I want to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting new people is scary for me. My husband is very social and I am much more reserved. We are very hospitable people and welcome people regularly to Düsseldorf. When we travel, it is nice to know there are other people who share the hospitality gene.
