The riddle...of steel?
ABOUT ME
Hmmm...I'm kind of wary of this. I mean, who's going to put "I'm a total asshole?" I'd like to think I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I love new experiences and new places. No topic is too silly or absurd to have a long, passionate discussion about.
PHILOSOPHY
I firmly believe anything is worth trying once.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm somewhat settled in NYC for the near future so I'm happy to put people up.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In September I took advantage of JetBlue's month-long air pass deal and traveled the country. I couchsurfed in a number of cities and had an amazing time.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Too many to list. Right now I'm reading Bismark: A Life by Jonathan Steinberg and recently finished Propaganda by Edward Bernays, Legacy of Ashes: The History of the CIA by Tim Weiner, The Oedipus Plays of Sophocles, The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, The Hacker Crackdown by Bruce Sterling, Tesla: Man Out of Time by Margaret Cheney, How to Be Alone by Jonathan Franzen...I'm always reading something. Gives you an excuse not to talk to people on the subway.
Movies: The worst thing a movie can be is boring; this is what makes a movie truly bad.
Music: I really love finding new music. I have nearly a terrabyte on various drives of all sorts from all over the world.
