Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I participate by meeting and exploring some unknown places with other people from CS community. I also tried surfing and it's been wonderful. Would like to host, and when possible - I do that. At the moment I live in a shared flat so I can not host very often. Plus: I never know where I am going to be next. :)
But, if I am in the city - I am always ready to be your guide or join u for coffee/drink ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love the idea of CS! Basically, I try to travel as much as I can, and it is always nice to meet interesting people in some foreign places... All the people that I met this way were really cool, and I only have good and great experiences.

By now I participated on a lot of official and less official meetings in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Sofia, Berlin, Vienna, Budapest, Florianópolis... and in Zagreb. And looking forward for others to come :D

Interests

My biggest interests are languages. Would love to be able to speak in many, many different languages. And when you're interested in languages you're also interested in culture and people and customs...
My second biggest interest is photography and travelings. One day I hope to take enough time and travel across the world. I am sure that I will take a loooot of photos on the way :D

Music, Movies, and Books

Wow... I'll try to be short here :) since I have soooo many different interests in this area :)

I really like European film, especially Hungarian (which is well known by its photography, and besides: I am a student of this amazing language and literature:).
My favorite movies are those from Star Wars series, and I just love Star Treek! but sometimes I enjoy in watching some "light" film, like some blockbuster from Hollywood :)

My favorite music genre is viking and folk metal! I like bands like Amon Amarth, Wintersun, Ensiferum, Eluveitie, Korpiklaani, Fejd, Battlelore...

And books... J. R. Tolkien is my favorite writer. I enjoy reading short stories, especially SF short stories, myths and legends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing the Andes in Chile in normal flat nike shoes was pretty much brave venture :)

Riding a bike in vast African savanna is truly amazing and precious experience... Try it once ;)
